Rethinking what construction is made of.
We are working on low carbon alternatives to conventional cement-based construction materials — built for the way the industry actually works.
What we're building
Our initial focus is roofing — a high-volume, standardised segment with a direct route to market. We are developing geopolymer roof tiles that offer meaningful improvements over conventional concrete and slate products: lower embodied carbon, improved impact resistance, reduced breakage, and practical integration into existing supply chains and installation practices.
Why it matters
Concrete and cement-based products account for a significant share of embodied carbon across the construction sector. The industry is large, conservative, and slow to adopt new materials — which is precisely why commercially viable, practically grounded alternatives remain rare. We are not chasing novelty. We are building products that work inside the supply chains and workflows that already exist.
How we manufacture
We are developing a modular production model based on containerised manufacturing units. This allows us to scale without committing to large fixed facilities early on, supports regional deployment, and keeps capital requirements proportionate to growth.
